Working with the Broker
As an independent licensed Florida broker registered with the project, I represent you personally throughout the reservation, purchase, and delivery process — without additional cost to you (the developer compensates the buyer's broker at closing).
Step One
I walk you through the residence collection — townhomes, lofts, full-amenity residences and the East/West Penthouse Collection — comparing exposures, lines, floors and floor plans against your wellness routine and travel rhythm.
Step Two
When you find the right residence, I prepare the reservation agreement, review the deposit structure, and coordinate document signing — typically completed within forty-eight hours.
